Tom Morrison is a fitness coach, bodybuilder, and Crossfit enthusiast. Born and raised in Southern California, Morrison learned about proper nutrition and exercise at an early age. He began lifting weights at the age of 16 and quickly became obsessed with the sport. Morrison completed his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 20 and soon after began coaching others to achieve their fitness goals. He has since worked with clients from all over the world, helping them to achieve the physique they have always wanted. His unique approach to Crossfit and bodybuilding allows anyone, regardless of experience or fitness level, to see results.
